Bible Passages

"So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors, and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ."

Ephesians 4:11-12

WELCOME!

Witnesses4Christ is a place of pure organic evangelism. You will find no talk of divisive politics here. No opinions related to social or economic hot-button issues. The aim is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the world based on sound Scriptural doctrine.

What is evangelism? The role of evangelists is to spread the Gospel, the good news of Jesus Christ. This role is grounded in Scripture, with Ephesians 4:11-12, where evangelists are listed among the gifts Christ gave to the church to equip the Saints for ministry and build up the body of Christ.

The Mission

The mission of "Should You Choose to Accept It?" (a popular movie reference) is to bring the Gospel to non-believers, strengthen resolve, and inspire growth among believers. I can think of no more compelling way to illustrate God's Grace, Mercy, and Judgement than for us to look inward and witness the tangible realness of God's incredible power in our personal lives.

Luke 8:39- "Return home and tell how much God has done for you.'' So the man went away and told all over town how much Jesus had done for him."

How do we Evangelize to a

Massive Population?

By bringing Christ to the forefront of everyday life by speaking "the Word of God BOLDLY" (Acts 4:31). We see incessant television ads during any election cycle. We see numerous ads about which injury lawyer we should select, we see well-placed food ads while we watch our favorite sporting event, and we get a ton of ads anytime we click on an engaging social media ad. We see billboards of car dealerships, specialty doctor services, and anything seasonal. But what we rarely see is Christ in these television ads. We do not see Scripture on these billboards. There are no social media ads affirming God's sovereignty over all things. We are being led by a culture that would rather put anything before us besides God "by turning their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths" (2 Timothy 4:4). How many of us know that Christ SAVES? Few need to know, I assure you.

So Here is the CRUX!

Ads WORK! It has been repeatedly proven that by constantly putting messages within our hearing and before us visually, we consciously or subconsciously consume them. So if we get into that auto accident, God forbid, we have at least one phone number that emerges in our conscious mind. Maybe it was a jingle you inadvertently sang just under your breath a few hours earlier. But somehow, the message found its way in, and now, when an accident arose in its ugly head, you had a bit of messaging to fall back on. What we see all around us are distractions, misdirections, and illusions that point us to and keep us in a state of idol worship.

Romans 16:18 - "For such people are not serving our Lord Christ, but their own appetites. By smooth talk and flattery, they deceive the minds of naive people."

So why, if there is a proven method to such madness, are we as believers not using such an effective messaging platform to evangelize? Why are we not spreading the Gospel as aggressively as car dealerships sell cars or fast food restaurants sell crispy golden fries and juicy Angus burgers? Did you see what I did there? There is a way to deliver a compelling message that resonates and makes us yearn for more. Due to the advancement of technology, we can now evangelize across nations at the click of a mouse. If believers are not using these advancements, then "how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: 'How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news! (Romans 10:14-15).

Witnesses4Christ is steadfast and faithful to the ministry of evangelism thereby delivering the Gospel to the world using all effective compelling, technological resources, (2 Timothy 4:5).
